Man Stabbed Outside Dizzy's on 8th Avenue
Yikes!
We're light on details at the moment, but apparently a man was stabbed in the stomach outside Dizzy's Diner early this AM. DnaInfo.com is reporting that all this went down at 2:19am.
A FIPS reader wrote in to share these details with us:
"I walked by Dizzy's on 8th Ave this morning at 7:15. Several cops were there and taped off the whole corner. There was a pool of blood on the sidewalk.
I walked by again at 10:15. Employees were hosing down the sidewalk. I walked over and asked a young woman who worked there: "What happened this morning? I walked by and there were cops and a pool of blood."
"We're not allowed to talk about it" she replied. I pressed her as to why, and she wouldn't explain. She said "It was internal." and "there was some vandalism". She would not elaborate. I said "I hope no one was hurt" and she said "Have a nice day."
Anyone else see anything?
