Hilarious Craigslist ad for an old bike.

An astute reader tipped us off to this brilliantly satirical Craigslit ad:

Amazing Royce Union Original Mens Bike - $1000 (Park Slope)

Attention Hipsters! It's a fixed gear bike!

This original Royce Union men's bike was recently unearthed from the bowels of a brownstone in Fabulous Park Slope, Brooklyn, home to the V-spot, Barclay's Center, and Gorilla Coffee. Purchased in the 50's, it had one owner who took the time to hand-make a water cage for the bottle of fetid regular water he drank while peddling around the Slope (Nalgene wasnt a thing until the 70's). It has all original equipment, including white wall tires, seat, fenders, reflectors and chain. Also contains optional kick-stand, chain guard (you can still roll up your fancy slim jeans though), and front AND back carriers, so you can haul your locally sourced produce home from the farmer's market. Or you can join the rest of the Sloper's and attach at Baby Cocoon™ and your latest baby creation and pedal the next POTUS to his Pilates class at Kidville! Delivery guys beware, this is not an electric bike! We don't know if this an Austrian, German, or Japanese Royce Union, we will leave that up to you to discover as you polish this diamond in the rough back into riding condition.

No Warranty, Returns, or copying of fancy content written above. Cash Only. All reasonable offers will be considered. This would make a great wall decoration in a neighborhood watering hole as well.

Hipster Tax - One growler refill and an Ironic CD.

Hey, writer of this ad, if you are listening, wanna come write for FIPS?
