[HELP] Have You Seen This Missing Man?

His name is Maxo Etienne and he's been missing since Monday from his house on 12th Street.

He suffers from dementia, has high blood pressure and is also diabetic, so he may seem confused or unaware of his surroundings.

"He left home to take a short walk around 3:00PM, EST. Last seen on 12th Street and 5th Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Sixty-years-old, Haitian-American black male, around 5"3, with a shaved head. wearing a Grey T-shirt, black or dark blue jacket with white stripes in the sleeves and Black sweat pants. Any info please contact the 78th Precinct at 718-636-6411"
