Did you just walk into Cocoa Bar to find Sir Patrick Stewart wearing a cappuccino-foam mustache while the Neighbors for Better Bike Lanes held a meeting to rip up the PPW bike lane, all underscored by the sound of a Park Slope mom breastfeeding her twins?
