Caption This Park Slope Photo!

At first glance, this looks like your average, everyday sidewalk giveaway in Park Slope. On closer inspection, you'll see that the small item next to the box fan is a tube of KY. 

I need a box fan just thinking about whether or not that KY is unused. So, come on FIPSters, shouldn't this giveaway have some special signage? What should it say?
